Shipping & Tracking

  • We ship from Florida or Paris depending on inventory and your location.
  • Please allow 24 business hours for processing before your order ships.
  • All shipments will be sent through your courier of choice at checkout.
  • Tracking number will be provided to you once your order ships.
  • We will ship to the shipping address entered at checkout.
  • We cannot change the shipping address after your order has been placed.
  • We will not be held liable or responsible for an incorrect or insufficient shipping address.
  • On the rare occasion that the shipping courier loses your package or your package is stolen, we will apply for a claim from the shipping courier. Once the claim is accepted/approved, we will ship over the order. We do not provide refunds for lost packages (if the items of the order are still in stock).
