- THC is helping farming communities diversify! We made this Scorpion Pepper Sauce in collaboration with Habanero Pepper Sauce Trinidad.

- Habanero Pepper Sauce was made by a simple woman with a big flare for flavor, Hafeza. In the 1980s the products were introduced in a small family restaurant in the village of Claxton Bay, Trinidad and Tobago. As the demand for Habanero Pepper Sauce grew, the family decided that it was only fair to share the gourmet pepper sauce with the entire world. Today it is made with the same love and passion as it was in the beginning.

- All the peppers used in the Habanero Pepper Sauce are ripened on the trees under the wonderful Caribbean sun. They are then hand picked and color sorted. The pepper sauce is made in small batches with fresh ingredients. The peppers are not bought in bulk or refrigerated to give that great fresh “just out of the garden” flavor.

- This pepper sauce is made using only the best grade of the infamous Trinidad Scorpion Peppers. While there are many versions on this pepper all claiming to be the hottest pepper in the world, you simply cannot beat the rich hot fruity flavor of the Original Scorpion Pepper from Trinidad. The flavor is intensely hot, yet flavory – the secret is in our wonderfully rich soil and sunshine.

- The Trinidad Scorpion Pepper is one of the world’s hottest peppers, and is not to be messed with! If you enjoy eating super-hot peppers and don’t mind the heat, then this Trinidad Scorpion Pepper is perfect for you!

- The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is a variety of the Capsicum Chinese species, which is the bonnet family of peppers and is currently second on the World’s Hottest Pepper list.

What items are returnable? 

• Within 10 days receiving the item. Any returns shipped back to us after 10 days of receiving the item will not be accepted unfortunately
• In unused, unworn, unwashed and re-sellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• If the purchased item is faulty or damaged, contact us via email within 7 days of the delivered date

How to do an exchange?

• Purchase the new item you would like to exchange for (so that the new item you want does not sell out)
• Ship back the item you wanted to exchange
• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original ordered item
• Please email us at info@thehideoutclothing.com with your original order number and your new order number so we can approve that the return was for an exchange

What are the refund options?

• Refund to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee
• Refund to store credit (if applicable we will send you a personal coupon code)
• Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and must be used on our website

How do I ship back the items?

Because we have a free shipping option, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning and exchanging item(s). All returns must be sent to the address below. Please email us the details of your return or exchange, along with the tracking number at info@thehideoutclothing.com.

I received the wrong item!

In the rare case that you received the wrong item(s) we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us via email. Please send us a picture of the wrong item(s) received, showing sizing details on tag. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and will have the correct item shipped out to you after we receive the returned item.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email with the refund request, which will be processed within 2 - 5 working days after approval.

• For orders in Europe and the UK we ship from Paris and shipping takes about 3-6 days
• For orders in any other countries we ship either from Florida or Paris, depending stock availability
