What items are returnable?
- Within 10 days receiving the item. Any returns shipped back to us after 10 days of receiving the item will not be accepted unfortunately
- In unused, unworn, unwashed and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- If the purchased item is faulty or damaged, contact us via email within 7 days of the delivered date

How to do an exchange?
- Purchase the new item you would like to exchange for (so that the new item you want does not sell out)
- Ship back the item you wanted to exchange
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original ordered item
- Please email us at email@example.com with your original order number and your new order number so we can approve that the return was for an exchange
What are the refund options?
- Refund to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee
- Refund to store credit (if applicable we will send you a personal coupon code)
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and must be used on our website
How do I ship back the items?
Because we have a free shipping option, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning and exchanging item(s). All returns must be sent to the address below. Please email us the details of your return or exchange, along with the tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org.

I received the wrong item!
In the rare case that you received the wrong item(s) we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us via email. Please send us a picture of the wrong item(s) received, showing sizing details on tag. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and will have the correct item shipped out to you after we receive the returned item.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email with the refund request, which will be processed within 2 - 5 working days after approval.

- For orders in the USA and Canada we ship from Florida and shipping takes about 2-5 days
- For orders in Europe and the UK we ship from Paris and shipping takes about 3-6 days
- For orders in any other countries we ship either from Florida or Paris, depending stock availability
